The solana:SV151D5pjygAKA8aJJcKzm4wFnRX5G92Fye94jQJk7g token was launched to raise capital to buy sealed packs that are held in a reserve. The token now trades against the packs held in the reserve, and soon the token can be used to redeem for physical packs. You can find more info on the website, in the FAQ section.

This is the point of Dynamic Assets. $SV151 began as a claim on sealed Scarlet & Violet 151 packs sitting in a vault. One week of Offerbook shows that claim is now productive: people are borrowing real USDC against sealed Pokémon products, onchain, without selling a single pack. Once a real-world asset lives on Solana rails, it can plug into the rest of DeFi. Lending is the first integration.
