@Myprotein_CS absolutely shocking customer service so far. Hermes damaged my parcel and lost 5 of the 6 items it contained, no confirmation of when you will replace it either!!! Can you please contact me so I can get a refund.

@diyates70 @DVLAgovuk My son is in the same position, we contacted the dvla and was told the status will always say awaiting application untill the license is issued and they could not tell me how long we will be waiting for it so it waa pretty pointless really

@DVLAgovuk Hi, I just checked the status and it is saying the same as it was a month ago and states ‘awaiting application return form’. I have no way of knowing what the real status is. Please help

@DVLAgovuk - my daughter applied for her provisional license ~7 weeks ago and we haven’t received it yet. Is there a way of checking it’s status? We need it within the next 4 weeks otherwise she can’t start driving lessons and presumed that two months would be long enough.

A civil servant signed my application and he hasn’t even recieved a call from dvla asking for him to confirm my identity

@DVLAgovuk my application ref number is 20202521721120 i’ve applied for a provisional online and sent everything back. sent last week on first class. Can you at least confirm you have got it and what’s going on? it’s the only id i have and i think it’s lost😒
