@FedExHelp I’ve been waiting close to two weeks on a package. FedEx has made multiple deliveries, but it keeps not coming. CS reps say different things : 1) The address is invalid or entered wrong by driver 2) Others just keep saying it will come tomorrow. It doesn’t come.

I’m losing income waiting for this package. It must be signed for and waste time at home waiting because I’m told it should arrive that day. I’ve pleased to pickup it locallly, but not not allowed. I’ve verified address with FedEx and sender multiple times.
