@JustAFamilyMan_ Burundi aside, Rwanda is fairly unique as far as Black African countries go. They all speak the same language, have a common culture and are mostly Catholic.

I understand why Kagame rules with an iron fist in Rwanda, especially given Rwanda’s tragic history. Many unruly African nations need that, but it only works when such nations are smaller and that makes them easier to manage.
