According to relevant provisions of the Civil Code, privacy includes the tranquility of personal life and private spaces, activities, and information that one doesn’t wish to disclose. A person’s legitimate daily activities within their residence shouldn’t be photographed, recorded, or disseminated without authorization.
In this case, the filming actions constitute multiple infringements: secretly filming intimate activities and peeping into private spaces from outside windows both constitute violations of privacy rights; filming and publicly disclosing the appearance of the individuals without permission also violates relevant laws regarding portrait rights.
