@ElvisEvolution I hate having to use social media as a contact mechanism but you have not replied to email. My father DIED recently and i am trying to get his tickets for the event refunded. The insurance refused. Tickets refused and you ignored us. Please help.
@seetickets my father died recently and he had tickets booked with you for Elvis Evolution with Ticket Protection. I have been trying to get a refund as he obviously can’t go now as he’s dead but neither you or the protection company will refund. Disgusting.
