群费这个东西，以前我为了避嫌一直没讨论过，现在自己基本处于休息状态，社群这段时间也不收费了不拉人了，可以发表一下观点了。
我一开始选择做收费群，并且是月费制，没有选择发NFT，很简单，一个是基本的门槛筛选，一个是作为一种双向选择和激励。首先我从最开始就是有链上名牌地址的，所有战绩都可以直接看到，不是光靠一张嘴和P图，这是我最大的底气。其次，月费制度，只要你进群后发现群内风格不适合你，最多浪费一个月，不会付出太多沉没成本。其次对我来说，每个月也会对付费群友负责，认真挖掘分析项目，而不会躺平。
我的群费定价一直是0.04-0.06E/0.8-1SOL一个月，逢年过节或者行情不好都会打折，相比起我提供信息的价值，我认为是一个极其低廉的价格，对于有基础和操作能力的链上玩家，跟上一个金狗的收益就远超这个数字。
到后面采用申请制，一方面是要进群的人确实太多，另一方面也是做一个基本的了解和筛选，因为中后期群里普遍水平上来了，进来的如果是不懂链上的新人小白，很难跟上，我也没有精力一个个去从头教。直到现在，累积的申请还有上千份没看。
人数一直控制在一个微信满员群，很多人劝过我开二群三群，我都拒绝了，因为我知道我没有那个精力，同样人数多了也会稀释alpha的质量。
其实我一直认为，不懂分辨代币好坏的玩家，往往也不懂分辨KOL水平高低。以前有一些人，仅仅因为我收群费，就眼红挖苦，造谣攻击。最后的结果你们也看到了，Trump这个币，前三天链上获利前20的人里，应该有10个是我们群友，是真正足以改变命运的一笔交易。以前从NFT到Meme币，大大小小的金狗就不提了，很多项目都是我们群最早发现最早冲锋的。
任何东西都要用辩证的思维去看待，我理解很多人对付费群有偏见，是因为早期很多主玩合约的群主，缺乏实战证据，涨跌全靠一张嘴，但是对于有名牌地址的链上玩家，我认为付费群是一种很合理的知识付费形式。当然前提是，你选择的群主确实有能力挖掘项目，有责任心，有分享精神，有不错的语言能力表述清楚逻辑。

我从微博转过来，主要是因为微博离市场真的太远了。 上一轮行情，我能看到比特皇 看到肥宅 看到 各种实盘过亿的选手层出不穷，小资金做到大几千万的交易者两三个月就能出那么一两个，还都活跃在微博上，一句买入就可以筑底立刻反弹。但是这两年基本见不着了，做到最后我自己在微博上只能发发自省。 这一轮行情可以这么说，在二级市场有影响力的实盘交易者，微博上只剩浪浪了，一句话，晒个单能把大饼冲2%，能把X那个币直接冲翻倍，就可以有这种影响力，结果他的号在一月份也给封了。 我没啥影响力，也就去年带单那会带着资金买主流比较夸张，仓位我还是公开展示的，场外跟的人也不少。我买一根可以给doge冲2%，但是写的内容基本带不了像浪神那么离谱的量。 这一轮行情微博上的交易者基本错过了所有链上红利，链上车头没有一个是从微博交易员蹦出来的，自然我也看不到啥分享，直到去年11月吧，pump上的meme AI类项目开始出“大结果”的时候，我才回来研究推上的各种大盈利选手。 其实对我影响最大的是@dayu_en 大宇和0xsun。 大宇我以前刷到过他的内容， 由于people早期 茂神带我参与的很早，@devilcatbtc 他在宪法拍卖失败后非常低价的买了几十E 的people，但是买完他在uni 上挂了单边，结果下午突然所有货都被扫走了，后面PEOPLE很快上了OKX 币安，茂神错失了一次单币过亿的机会。我也是吃了50%就跑完了。 但是people 上了币安以后大宇还在说说自己赚了几千万在people上，还继续鼓吹people的伟大，我查了一圈数据求证，鉴定为假，我觉得他就是个包装出来的骗子罢了。 结果这轮链上行情，他是真的拿到结果了。我再回来看他已经不需要包装了，是真的资产上了量级。这给我的感觉就像是一巴掌拍在脸上。 相较于0xsun给我的冲击其实没大宇那么大，毕竟确实是实力选手做了千万了，只是后面我的粉丝也告诉我他收群费，难不成现金流也不充裕？结果这一轮也强势打脸了所有黑子。 我这第二轮起来也和川普和各种名人币结缘了。 也参与了链上操作，上了二级市场同样做波段，一路做回来了1M，对我来说也算是不错的结果了。 去离市场近，离钱近的地方交易并分享，赚钱的概率真的会变大。
