Update on the ChudTheBuilder courthouse shooting in Tennessee. The man who attacked Chud and got shot in the process has been identified as Joshua Fox, and it turns out he has a lengthy criminal history including threatening to kill his wife with a screwdriver and trying to burn down their apartment with an aerosol can.
Meanwhile Chud is the one sitting in jail facing attempted murder charges for defending himself against a man with a violent criminal record. The system is working exactly as designed apparently. 🤔

Streamer ChudTheBuilder aka Dalton Eatherly was charged yesterday after a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Tennessee. He claimed self defense after being sucker punched. The charges he’s now facing: Attempted murder. 15 to 60 years. Employing a firearm during a felony. 6 years minimum. Aggravated assault. 3 to 15 years. Reckless endangerment. 1 to 6 years. Both men were hospitalized in stable condition. Whatever you think about ChudTheBuilder, the man who threw the first punch is going home. The man who fired in self defense is going to jail.

Everyone knows a nice family man would be at a courthouse at noon instead of working to provide for their family after getting arrested 17 times including for beating his wife. Im sure chud just randomly picked this guy out to harass.. this guy would NEVER hurt anyone or get overly aggressive

I didn’t want to be right when I said this would happen, I wanted to stop it from happening.
Some of you made this dude famous and enabled him because you wanted this to happen. He wont get off on self defense, he wont be able to spend whatever money he raised on anything but a lawyer and commissary, and he changed nothing, because it was never about free speech, it was about clout. He just threw his fucking life away for clicks, and a man may or may not be dead for your fucking entertainment.

ChudTheBuilder shot a man who attacked him outside a courthouse in Clarksville & accidentally grazed himself in the process. Before it escalated, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out” the man then walked up & sucker punched him. It is unclear if the man survived.

@0hour1 This will be a legal battle that deals with intricacies of the law. Not the best way to get standing, but it needs to happen. Everyone is sick of violent reactions by certain groups - of all races.
