@hamiltondw2 @58thF that was our project, combination of burying roots/mixing peat moss with clay was the goal, very wet marshy land was the reason we had to wait until there was frost
English

@58thF I thought the winter one was up in your neck of the world. There explanation as to why wasn’t exactly accurate.
English

So the winter part of this video is in my area. Guys were mixing peat moss with the clay so it would grow something

Deep ripping of earth enables Soil Reconstruction and reclaims land for agriculture use. The horsepower and torque applied is off the chart.

the blue clay is what we turned up when we opened up this land
English

@_GMunholland that's neat!! we've got a layer of moss about 3' underneath a few layers of clay

@Plantmore1 @loopholefarms @AllamFarmer @stinkynutss @TerryHyra @zalinsky_p the 23 we were the runner up on, and then Ritchies called and said that one of there employees had made a mistake and we could have it for $150k...who knows how many "mistakes" it took to get to 150 needless to say it's not moving to our farm
English

@loopholefarms @AllamFarmer @stinkynutss @TerryHyra @zalinsky_p It did sell for $63,000. That price in pic was a day before auction ended. But still penny’s on the $$. The 23 model was $152k.

@AdamSchefter @MichelleBeisner I want an update to see if their marriage will survive

More ESPN injury news: @MichelleBeisner underwent surgery today to repair nerve damage in her fractured ankle that occurred during a freak accident when her husband Joe accidentally drove a golf ball into it, per sources. “Getting ready to roll back,” Beisner-Buck texted.

@hamiltondw2 we set this up a few years back, we added another row of flat bottom dry bins since I took this video
Joe Peters@dafrocks
@landon707 @KristjanHebert @elkridgefarms @HolmanFarms @LouiseCarduner @o2farms_sk @ChuckWeinknecht @LaycockMark @imkice We set up this system. 3 wet bins are 10,600 bushels each and then 7 dry bins plus a surge/cooling bin
English

@BDuchek @dafrocks I ordered the bins and cones on my own from Venlaw. The wet cone legs are 2’ taller than normal. This was all part of the years of planning and then negotiating before we did the deal. We looked after the concrete, bins/cones and the electrical. Flamans supplied the legs and crew
English

@hamiltondw2 where'd you get those splitters before the grain drag on your wet bins? we have the same drag but we can't auger out of ours
English

@AllamFarmer Dang Chris.
I wanted to make a wise crack that it can’t be your hand in the pic because it’s way too dirty, but in frustrating moments like this, the comedy might be lost.

truly terrifying to see shit like this and realize that we’re barely at the beginning of the climate change carnage…

@bigbushelsag this year I have cover crop seeded into where this video was taken but in a drought year it produces better than in wet years
English
