ከስድስት ዓመታት በኋላ ወደነበረበት የተመለሰው የትግራይ ክልል መንግስት ነው ወይስ መንግስትን በመመለስ ሽፋን የተቋቋመው የትግራይ መንግስት ነው? 🤔 ሰሞኑን በገነነው በትግራይ መንግስት ወደነበረበት በመመለሱ ዘገባ ብዙ ሰው ያላስተዋለው የሚመስል አቢይ ጉዳይ አለ። ይህን በሚመለከት ከወደ መቀሌ በሚወጡት መግለጫዎች መሠረት ‘የተመለሰው’ 'መንግስቲ ትግራይ' ወይም የትግራይ መንግስት ሲሆን ዶ/ር ደብረፅዮን ገብረሚካኤል የትግራይ መንግስት ፕረዚደንት ወይም ‘ፕረዚደንት መንግሰቲ ትግራይ’ ናቸው። ልብ በሉ የትግራይ ክልል መንግስት ሳይሆን የትግራይ መንግስት ነው። ልይነቱም በቀላል የሚታይ የስህተት ጉዳይ ሳይሆን በሚገባ የታሰበበት መልዕክት ነው ማለቱ ያስደፍራል። ሰሞኑን በአንዳንድ የህወሓት ሕዝባዊ ሰሜናሮች de facto government በተደጋጋሚ መጠቀሱን ላስተዋለ ነገሮችን ማገናኘቱ አያስገርምም ለማለት ነው።

ህወሓት ከስድስት ዓመታት በፊት በፕርቶሪያ ስምምነት እንድፈርስ የተስማማውን የክልሉን መንግስት እንደገና ለመመለስ የወስደውን እርምጃ የፕርቶሪያ ስምምነት ፍጻሜ የሚያበስር በመሆኑ በቡዙዎች ዘንድ ወደ ጦርነቱ የመመለስን ስጋት ደቅነዋል። የትግራይ ማህበረሰብ በተወሰደው እርምጃ እንድ ወጥ አመለካከት የለውም። ገምሱ የፕርቶሪያ ስምምነት ከሞተ የሰነበተና ዛሬ የተፈጸመው የቀብር ሥነ-ሥርዓቱ ነው በማለት ይጀምሩና ስምምነቱ ጦርነቱን ለጊዜው ቢያቆምም፣ በመሬት ላይ ብዙም የተለወጠ ነገር ባለመኖሩ ጉዳዩ ወደ እዝህ መምራቱ አይቀረ ነበር ባዮች ናቸው። ሌላው ወገን ግን፣ ስልጣናቸውን በማንኛውም መንገድ ለማስቀጠል በተነሱት የህወሓት መሪዎች በብፕርቶሪያ ስምምነት የተገኘውን አንፃራዊ ስላም ለማድፍረስ የተወሰደ ሃላፊነት የጎደለውና ሕዝቡን ለተጨማሪ እልቅት ከመዳረግ ባሻገር ውጤት አልባ እርምጃ ነው ባዮች ናቸው። በዝህ ጉዳይ አስተያያት ከጠየቅካቸው አንዱ ወዳጄ እጭር መልሱ ፦ "በድሮ በሬ ያረሰ የለም" ነበር፣ የሚከተለውን በትግርኛ በማከል፥ "ከምኣሚ ይመስለክን ውሕጅ ይወስደክን"። ሌላው አስተያየት ሰጪ፣ ከስድስት ዓመታት እልህ አስጨራሽ ትግል በሃላ አውራው ተፈናቃይ ወደ ቦታው (መንበሩ) ተመለሰዋል። The rest is history ነበር ያለው። በፈደራል መንግስት በኩልም ህወሓትን ከመወንጀል ባለፈ ውጥረቱ እንዳይፈነዳና ወደ ሌላ ዙር እልቅት እንዳያመራ ችግሩን ሃላፊነት ባለው መልኩ ለመፍታት የሚደረግ ጥረት ወይም ፍላጎት አይታይም። ያም ሆነ ይህ፣ ይህ እርምጃ ወደ አዲስ የፖለቲካ ስምምነት ከመምራቱ ይልቅ ወደ ግጭት በመምራት የተፈረደበትን ሕዝብ ለሌላ ዙር መከራ የመዳረጉ ዕድል የጎላ ነው።

The Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF), outlawed by Ethiopia’s federal government, has announced the reinstatement of the Tigray regional government it agreed to dissolve under the Pretoria Agreement six years ago. Reactions among Tigrayans remain divided, but the message is unmistakable: this is a decisive break with what remained of the Pretoria framework that however fragile maintained relations between Mekelle and Addis Ababa. Pretoria is now functionally obsolete; it is dead. What exists in its place is not a strained peace, but a political vacuum—one that invites confrontation, miscalculation, and a possible return to conflict.
