Which I had a hard time doing but after getting that in my brain I guess it helped out a lot so yeah even if it's work even if it's school even if it's whatever you do just try and enjoy it and then things will kind of like change and you'll see things differently definitely

because you know you might be interested in sports you might be interested in music you might be interested in art you know so do what you enjoy doing and that will definitely benefit you for your own future like my dad always says it's good to just enjoy life

You know, scars, they don't go away. I mean, sometimes you might wish they would go away, but it's something that, you know, represents you, and it shows your history of what you've been through. So I feel like it's something we should embrace. So, yeah, scars are cool.

Having a day just full of crying, just a day of letting everything go, is something that I recommend. I think everyone needs a certain day like that, so there's nothing wrong with that. Nothing wrong with that. All good, all good.I completely understand, it's all good.

And I guarantee, until that day, there's probably a lot of things that you've held on to. And if you only just hold on to all that stress and all those thoughts inside you, it's gonna hurt your body.
