@agbnufc_ Another numpty who suddenly thinks it's okay for 2 players to hold a keeper down just because it's Arsenal. Guaranteed that you'd have had a meltdown if your team conceded like that
English

@lukestanley03 Zero points deducted and zero punishment for Man City AGAIN this season
English

@elchap070261631 @mancityhardcore Exactly. The amount of people who suddenly think it's okay to have 2 players hold a keeper down is hilarious. I guarantee they'd have had a bigger meltdown if Arsenal scored the winner like that.
English

@mancityhardcore Notice how nothing was said in the media when manchester city cheated all game v Brentford the other night. It's because you're irrelevant and nobody gives are flying fuck about your cheating football club
English

@mancityhardcore If you're giving penalties for that, then Arsenal would be getting 5 a game for the holding on Gabriel and Saliba at corners. League would have been over at Xmas, and we'd have played our reserves against you. Would've been nice.
English

@Rajani_Meet @SimonBrundish Good. If you don't know the difference then you are as thick as a submarine door or blinded by your bias. Either way.....

English

@daily_treble @SimonBrundish when provided with the evidence not 1 but for 2 different instances you deflect..there are more..but with the argument you came up with i am nt gng to waste my energy further on you…
English

Im late to this party, i didnt bother watching the game.
But how did the officials conclude the 6th foul in this sequence was the only thing that mattered?
It was either a goal or pick from one of 5 pens
Uber West Ham@UberWestHam
This angle is disgraceful, we were robbed. Pablo is literally being wrestled, not to mention the other fouls from Arsenal players there. VAR is a plague to the beautiful game, so sick of inconsistent biased officiating.
English

@EiFSoccer And they called the correct one. VAR shockingly got it right for once.
English

• Havertz pulls Soucek down
• Mavropanos held by MLS and then grabbed by Rice
• Todibo bear hugged by Trossard
You can call so many different fouls here.
Pablo does foul Raya, no doubt, but if VAR is going to change that call, West Ham should get a penalty as well.
Nick@usawhu2
Pablo is getting wrestled and he's called for the foul... cmon now.
English

This just makes me so angry. I don’t think I’ll be getting over this any time soon. I’m so gutted for us
Nick@usawhu2
Pablo is getting wrestled and he's called for the foul... cmon now.
English

@daily_treble @Rajani_Meet @SimonBrundish There’s much more contact by Gabriel so you’re right not close to the same thing
English

@Rajani_Meet @SimonBrundish Again..not even close to the same thing. Maybe start watching a different sport, football isn't for you
English

@iamAbiodunAA And yet still, no one has posted an Arsenal goal with the keeper being held by 2 players. It's amazing how many people believe this bullshit 🤣
English

That West Ham goal is an obvious foul on Raya. Very clear foul but the reason everyone is furious is because that was exactly what Arsenal have been doing since the season started! And it was never cancelled.
If it’s a foul now then it should’ve been a foul all along.
People just want consistency!!!
It’s obvious the FA wants Arsenal to win the league now, it’s the story that sells more. “After 20+ years they won the league bla bla bla…”
English

@Rajani_Meet @SimonBrundish If you can't tell the difference between crowding and holding, then football probably isn't for you
English

@SimonBrundish problem is took them 5 mins to come to this conclusion..basically tried to find right angle so that they can disallow it.there are so many goals from arsenal this season where opposition were on receiving end and the goal still stood…
English

@Rajani_Meet @SimonBrundish Neither of the ones you mentioned had 2 players holding the keeper, completely different. It took so long because they were so desperate to allow the goal. Sadly, for them, it was so blatant they had no choice but to disallow.
English

@daily_treble @SimonBrundish 1. why did it take 5 mins then..if it was that obvious ??
2. i did not have to search much..first gameweek..arsenal goal which stood..
another one is vs spurs..
Scott Saunders@__scottsaunders
First day of the season. Just as a reminder.
English

@sulkfenomeno Show the Arsenal goals that are the same then.
English

@ludek_miklosko It was a foul and 100% the correct decision. End of thread. Hope that helps
English

@davidyelland @ManCity Shut up you thick twat. It was a foul. Any comment on all the dodgy decisions city got against Brentford, who were pushing for Europe? Or are you okay with that?
English

It is a scandal this. So sorry for West Ham fans who we love - as for Arsenal - @ManCity have played them off the field twice in recent weeks... they're not the best team in the land... and it is NOT over yet either.
Iain Dale 🏴🇬🇧 ⚒️@IainDale
I struggle to articulate my emotions at this moment. With that one decision, VAR has awarded the title to Arsenal, and probably relegated West Ham. This is not football.
English

@tommywathen Yeah, definitely allow 2 players to hold the keepers down on corners. Also, blindfold keepers for free kicks 30yds or less out and make them face the other way on penalties. Goal fest every game. Love it.
English

This is why West Ham's goal should've stood yesterday.
Every Premier League team, including Arsenal, do this at every corner
In this one clip, at least four West Ham players are being fouled by Arsenal players
You can't disallow a goal for one minor incident
Welling hammer@HammerWelling
What Var and sky don't show u !!!
English

@TonyWhu98 @alfieconnx A lot of people trotting out this nonsense, and when asked, they fail to show one goal where they hold the keeper down. They crowd the keeper, but that's way different than holding. It was the CORRECT decision.
English

@alfieconnx They do it to everyone. It's the reason the majority of fans don't want Arsenal winning the league. Unfortunately, I think after today's game that's already set. I can't see Burnley doing anything next week, and Palace will have full focus on the Conference League, understandably
English

@TonyWhu98 It was a foul ffs. If you go down, it's nothing to do with one CORRECT decision. Stop making excuses and look closer to home. Come on, Leeds!!
English

@willmandgaf @markgoldbridge Are you trying to say sky sports favour Arsenal? You obviously don't watch their coverage of us. If we had 115 charges hanging over us, it would be mentioned every 2 minutes.
English

@markgoldbridge Well “trust the refs” only applies when the dodgy call benefits the team they hate. If that exact decision handed City the title over Arsenal, Sky Sports would be running a week-long investigation.
English
