@onyxx____ apparently theres been cases of roblox installations / updates that can corrupt your files and somehow get rid of my entire windows system. i'm not exactly sure how or what happened, i just played the game from its official launcher then it crashed and my laptop broke

update for anyone curious: my laptop finally works again ad i am never touching roblox ever again !!!!!! roblox KILLED MY LAPTOP! !!!!

@RogueStealth_ i was surprised too!! i just booted up roblox, let it do its update, and after exactly 9 minutes of having played for a bit it all just fell apart 😭😭 but thank you!! im so glad it works again 🥹

@dailypaimon id be shocked but this is actually the SECOND time ive heard of roblox killing a pc how does it happen 😭😭😭😭 glad you solved the issue though!

@dailypaimon Roblox is weird, during win7/10 i had to install avast first then roblox, without avast it would behave like a virus

had to reinstall windows from a usb for the solution btw !! just in case anyone comes across the same problem^^

@dailypaimon Ahh then i fear the only solution is reinstalling windows through an external drive now, or going to a repair shop with your own external drive which has the windows version u want installed on it for them to do the steps for you. Not being able to reach safe mode is a dead end;;

so sorry for unrelated paimon post but im getting desperate, is anyone here a tech geek that can help me out 🥹 i've been trying to open my laptop for the past like 3 hours but im stuck on autorecovery startup screen and ive done everything i possibly can to try and get past it

@drecktttm i did! i unplugged the charger, and the thing for my bluetooth mouse but eventually had to replug the charger in cause it died lol. i cant reach safe mode either, it wlways brings up this screen and rhen i have to redo everything again. all the safe mode ones didnt work

@dailypaimon Could you make sure all extrenal devices connected to your laptop are completely unplugged then restart again so we could make sure the corruption is in the pc itself or caused by external media? And are you able to reach safe mode or not?
