@dainttycals around 2pm is when i usually take my nap so by the time i'm awake and not groggy anymore, i'll be making something for about 6pm. also, i find it easier to ignore food noise when drinking warm water rather than room temperature water for some reason, so random tip potentially.

@appare_anon that sounds good, around what time is good like for me what works is my two meals a day i do a 18hr fast i break it around 1 ish which is my first meal n then my last meal i have it just before 8 so maybe 6pm / 7pm i find it easier for me not to bp but i do want try omad one day

@dainttycals i felt this way for a while when i started but honestly, in my experience, you just have to pick a good time to have that omad. taking a nap before my omad also helped me but mostly because my energy levels are so low all the time. it's totally normal for things to not work.
