Con el tiempo fui creciendo en mi trabajo y empecé a acercarme a su sueldo. Ahí aparecieron algunas bromas sobre que ahora yo era la proveedora o sobre quién mantenía la casa. Yo lo tomaba como comentarios sin importancia. Hace poco me ofrecieron un ascenso muy importante. Es de esos que cambian la vida. Mi sueldo prácticamente se duplicaría. Llegué a casa feliz para contárselo, pensando que lo iba a compartir conmigo, pero reaccionó muy mal. Me dijo que era vergonzoso para él que su esposa ganara más. Que lo correcto era que rechazara el ascenso y me quedara en casa porque él necesita ser quien mantenga la familia. Intenté explicarle que esto también era por nuestras hijas, por su futuro y por la tranquilidad económica de todos, pero no quiso escuchar. Ahora me dio tres días para decidir. Si acepto el ascenso, dice que va a pedir el divorcio. Siento que me están obligando a elegir entre mi crecimiento profesional y mi matrimonio. Esta historia me hace pensar, ¿puede funcionar un matrimonio donde la mujer gane más? ¿Ustedes qué harían en su lugar?

@luxemiaa There’s an element of spite in his actions. Everyone in the household will be using the toaster, so she didn’t really receive a gift for herself. He didn’t want to get her anything,so he used the “joke” of the toaster to cover that fact.

@gotrice2024 She can’t make ends meet;but she has money to get her nails done. People like her are taking food from the people who really needs it.

This woman is going through a rough patch, to make ends meet she decided to go to the food bank. While unloading their bags of food that they were given, she makes snide remarks about how she’s a vegetarian and doesn’t like how they have her meat. In fact she complained the whole time about how they gave her food she normally wouldn’t get for herself and complained about why she didn’t get fresh fruit or vegetables. Someone needs to remind her that this isn’t a grocery store, they give you what they can so that you aren’t hungry. Should they have taken in consideration that she’s a vegetarian or is she just being ungrateful?

@JeremyVineOn5 Stop telling lies on Harry and his family. What’s this story being used to distract our attention from? Andrew is at Sandringham, and egg and bones have a home there; why would Harry want to take his family anywhere near these people.

Should the King invite Harry and Meghan to visit? The Duke of Sussex wants his family to spend summer at Sandringham. Harry doesn't think it's safe without armed police protection, but an invitation from the King would assign security. What do you think?
