New paper in LQR. What role for values in mental capacity law? Recourse is often found in the 'safe homogeneity' of master values like welfare and autonomy. Is this correct? Drawing on Aristotle, Sartre, Taylor and the views of 56 practitioners, we argue not. Message for a copy.
