She explained that, in her understanding of Zulu cultural practices, a woman and her children adopt the husband’s culture after marriage; consequently, she regards her children as Chinese. She further noted that, despite this, local communities may not fully perceive the children as Chinese. However, she believes prioritising Mandarin will support their integration, particularly as she does not anticipate the family residing in South Africa long term.

This is Dialysis, a life saving process where blood is removed, cleaned by a machine, and returned to the body. Each session takes about 4 hours, with patients required to remain still.
