It seems like a common narrative that JDub had a bad playoffs. He avgd 18.7 ppg 6.8 rpg 5.4 apg shot 38.5% from 3 and had a 54.4% TS
During the regular season he avg 19.1 ppg 4.0 rpg 4.5 apg shot 42.7% from 3 and had a TS% of 62.1%

@lordofbums @DragonflyJonez It's mostly smaller shops that have made up the bulk of these, not big private equity. I think that BlackRock and the like should be banned from this type of stuff, but I think that a lot of these smaller investment groups are quite happy when we only talk about the big guys.

We've seen what happened when Trump rolled back regulations before. Airplanes are falling apart midair and cold cuts are killing ppl. Less stringent regulations dont mean cheaper prices for consumers. It means companies pocket bigger profits. We'll still be buying 720 sq ft houses for $1.3M but they'll be held together by bubble gum now

@Yeaderrr Memphis has 4 real players on their entire roster. Aldama's okay, Clarke's coming off a massive injury, Edey's a rookie, GG hasn't played a meaningful game of basketball in years, and Vince Williams was a fun story but it's hard to know how much it'll translate to trying to win

@JazzJargon The bet that they made on Lauri is combined with the assumption that one or two of Keyonte, Cody, Collier, Filipowski, or Hendricks turn out to be high-level starters in the next 2-3 years. This trade wouldn't change that timeline one bit.

@JazzJargon What the Jazz need is a real offensive player who can create for himself and is taller than 6'2 (sorry, Sexton). Ingram's put up 27/6/6 on Mikal Bridges in a playoff setting before, and no one in today's NBA makes these trades as rentals anymore. They'd retain him.
