One thing that could be a headwind to traditional Trump reaction to a cratering market (besides their stated focus on the economy needing a juice cleanse + wanting 10Y yields down) is that there seems to be some sort of plan to build a parallel MAGA economy alongside it all. That Sam Seder video shows where we are at in terms of impossibility of discourse - economic participation will become an extension of identity politics, just based on the lack of willingness to have any discussion surrounding fact. Makes sense for Junior to develop an economy to serve a parallel reality. It's likely bait-and-switch (like most of these things are, a scheme to mostly funnel wealth upwards) as we've already seen with Rumble and PSQH. But when economic understanding takes a backseat to cultural grievance, the conditions become perfect for extraction. History suggests the pain will be widely distributed while the gains will be narrowly concentrated. But the narrative will profess otherwise.

The U.S. needs to update its financial system. The code is 40 years old and the laws are 100 years old. Cryptocurrency is not a financial service. It's a technology that can be used to update financial services. Let's update the system.
