I hate the phrase Standard Operating Procedure. It’s the type of business jargon that makes my skin crawl. That said, I find myself needing to build SOPs right now to train my CEO & employees for my ghostwriting agency. 1) are there any good resources on creating SOPs? 2) can someone please come up with a better name so I don’t have to say SOP again?
