My thoughts go out to Tulsi Gabbard and her family, as her husband battles this serious health problem. I hope and pray that he makes a speedy and full recovery. While the circumstances around her departure are deserving of our sympathy, let’s be clear: Tulsi Gabbard’s only positive contribution to our nation's national security is her resignation. She politicized intelligence. She dismantled critical agencies keeping Americans safe. She weaponized the IC to pursue baseless election fraud claims. And more. We must ensure that her tenure — marked by a devotion to the person of the president and not to the security of the country — represents a terrible exception at DNI and not the new normal.

Republicans need to focus on domestic policy. Voters care about cost of gas, groceries, homes, etc. because it’s part of their daily lives. We’ve delivered some good wins, but if we don’t deliver on what we promised for the average American, we’ll have the midterms we deserve.

🇺🇸 SpaceX is exploring extending Starlink's laser communication network to the Moon, using the same optical tech already running in orbit today. Current Starlink satellites carry space lasers hitting 100 Gbps per link, with over 10,000 already operating and transmitting at least 42 petabytes of data daily. Reaching the Moon is a different challenge entirely. At 384,000 km away vs. a few hundred for LEO satellites, keeping a coherent laser locked on target is a serious engineering problem. There’s no timeline yet, but if it works, it would give NASA's Artemis missions a data pipeline far beyond anything currently possible with deep space communications.
