In general, I’m guilty of focusing more on lower body power, compared to upper body. Largely because you can’t always fit everything in & for most athletes, lower body power is the priority.
When it comes to upper body power, supine med ball chest throws are a go to exercise.

A contrast pairing I’m currently using with an athlete, to develop power and elasticity:
• A1 - Power cleans - 4 x 2
• A2 - Depth broad jumps - 4 x 2

@DanWSports Wait and pick up dregs approach is fine to collect last few pieces of roster at the end of process and if you have no money to spend, but we have big rocks to fill and $$ why wait!? Can’t do it all in the draft. Reactive approach, and not a proactive approach currently.
