What is there to be known about Axel Rudakubana's childhood? Born in Cardiff August 2006, with Laetitia Muzayire listen as his mother on the birth certificate. He has one brother, two years his senior. Axel had been placed in two secure care homes as a young teen. He had been removed from each of these after being beastly to female staff and encouraging other children to be bad by showing them knives and talking about genocide. He was returned to his parents because the authorities could not handle him, despite authorities having put him in car because the parents could not handle him. He had been expelled from two schools, with one of them he was removed twice. He did a bit of karate and football and musical theatre before that. The other children always reported him to be a loner and weird. He had a previous youth offenders conviction for bringing a knife into school. He had attacked several students and stuff members before, including with a hockey stick. He never sang in the church choir. His parents are reported to have talked frequently of the Rwandan genocide which could have triggered his fixation as an adolescent. His parents kept themselves to themselves. I have it with some authority from the neighbours that both parents were unstable with the mother often crying at work. She was prone to what might be considered as biblical outbursts, invoking the Devil and God in hysteric cries when bad and good things happen - "miracles" and "evil" - when ordinary explanation would have sufficed. The neighbours also report loud "religious music" being played regularly and is thought by the neighbours to have been used to cover the sound of the parents beating the children. This is all I have been able to ascertain so far. It is unclear why the parents moved to Southport in 2013. It was not for work as the father was self-employed and they have no family or close friends in the UK. It might have been to be close to Axel when he was moved into secure children's homes, but I have been unable to secure a clear timeline for this. It is not clear where his anti-white sentiment came from - either his parents, school, online, or something else. Authorities remain obscure as to why they kept dismissing Axel's case. There is no verifiable story as to when and how the parents arrived in the UK and what their immigration status is.
