Incarnating humans have an ability to know things before they happen. Can be seconds before to years before to lifetimes. No magic. In dreams or just thought. See or know something will happen. Called precognition. Deja vu is recognizing that what is happening was seen or known before it was seen physically but there was no conscious prior indication or awareness. We normally see everything before it happens. We are not normally conscious of doing so.

Yes. You are correct. "Aliens" are non Earthizens from other worlds that may be like us or very different. If they are spirits with bodies, they are incarnating souls. The fallen angel story is specifically about Lucifer and a few others. Some aliens are from this universe, some from others. There are many on Earth now because we are becoming masters of our emotions which is our unique challenge, We are created with more emotions than our predecessors and neighbors from other worlds..
