Four months ago, I started working on a passion project to see if I could build an actually useful AI personal assistant. An assistant that does work how you would, and truly understands you. Today, that project is Senra: the personal AI employee built to give you your time back.

What is the best AI code review product? Now that Devin isn't free might have to look elsewhere.

@signulll I agree, but @cursor_ai way of letting the model discover the tool schemas through files actually makes mcp usable.

@whayls Thanks! But yeah that’s definitely one way to see it. The ultimate vision is kinda like openclaw for enterprise though. I’ve started with individuals because that way I can just build for myself. You can read more abt the vision here trysenra.com/vision if you’re curious

@damirchelib Hey, very nice! This seems like it’s openclaw but wrapped up nicer for the average user? Fair assessment or am I off?

For me, Senra is connected to my GitHub, Linear, and Cursor accounts, which means adding new features can be done from my iMessage. It manages the Cursor agents, reviews their code, and asks for my judgement/permission before merging.

The clearest example of what Senra can do: an early user had a tenancy dispute on one of their rental properties. Senra found the right legal forms, filled them out using the tenancy agreement from their email and the surrounding context, and drafted a message to their lawyer asking for a review before anything went to the tenant. They said it saved them hours of work and research.

I don't understand why foundation labs train models to use MEMORY.md files. It just doesn't seem like the right way to handle this problem.

GPT 5.5 is a fantastic coding model, if you can get over having to delete it's millionth "isRecord" or "asNumber" function.

Btw, GPT-5.5 through the @vercel AI gateway throws server_error 500s for certain tool definitions that work perfectly with GPT 5.4. I haven't been able to pinpoint what exactly causes this but it is driving me crazy.

is anyone else getting 500 errors from @OpenAI when GPT5.5 calls tools over the @aisdk ?

@iamgingertrash Because xAI tried to cut corners and get to SOTA too fast. But I wouldn’t sleep on them w this cursor collaboration

I like how 5.5 writes, it still has some AI-isms, but it's much less cringe and more clear in it's writing.
