There is something very wrong when an honest citizen gets convicted of killing an illegal after being robbed by him. The fucker should not be there and then commited a criminal offence, and due to this, an innocent person was forced to kill the savage just to recover her valuables. Killing an undocumented individual should not be an offence.

If they are comminitting an offence or about to commit an offence yes. I have worked in many african countries producing gold, and we paid people in the local community to give us info on people arriving in the locality to rob us. Once we got information we would advise the authorities and more often than not they would set an ambush and kill them. You have to understand these people, they carry weapons and are not afraid to use them. Killing them before they rob or kill you is generally the best line of defence.
