Would have seemed a crazy thought just a few months ago. But I’m genuinely worried that Tom might get poached in the summer. Incredible turnaround. And there aren’t many better performing managers post Xmas. So I fully expect him to be on many shortlists.

@jackolesliepafc I’m not saying TC doesn’t deserve plaudits, but I think without DA knowledge of the lower leagues. TC wouldn’t be sat here today. Let’s just say they make a very good combination.

@danPAFC5 Adams has definitely helped. But a large part of that is Tom. And it’s about time we give him his deserved plaudits. Weirdly I think the change of system was forced when we went down to 10 men early at Bristol rovers. Thank god we did as it’s been a revelation 🦾

@jackolesliepafc Not doubting TC hasn’t worked his balls off. But tactically DA has expressed ideals. We play more like an Adams side than we did before his arrival.

@danPAFC5 He’s 100% helped. Especially with some decent signings. But Adams was adamant that his help was behind the scenes and not on the grass. And after watching the club follow TC about all day on Argyle TV. He’s worked his balls off. Installed confidence into the group and kicked on.
