Nor does SCOTUS alter @statesystem universities’ enduring commitment to giving ALL Pennsylvanians: affordable education launching sustaining careers. That is our mission as PA’s only public universities; our practice, our privilege, & a hallmark of our current & future success.

The SCOTUS majority decision on affirmative action in #highered admissions threw a sharp curve in the road our nation travels to ensure equal opportunity for all. It did not, it cannot, and it will not alter the arc of the moral universe. That continues to bend toward justice.

Setting an example for all of us in #highered, reminding us of our higher civic mission. Thanks @HACCSki for your leadership. @statesystem shares your pride in support of #LGBTQIA students and employees and your enduring commitment to [re-]building a more compassionate world.
