Interesting food for thought for NHS Chief Pharmacists. I envisage providing extended hours will be difficult. Particularly having a sufficient workforce who are trained to respond to these types of enquiries.

Do primary care users in 🇬🇧 have access to "UpToDate" via an Athens login? - GPs - GP Pharmacists - Community Pharmacy? Looking at guidance that might say "Refer to X on UpToDate". Suddenly worried that might only work in hospital? Also 🏥 In 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 N.Ireland?

Having left a role in an acute trust last year I can really sympathise with this. Working remotely provides : 🟢 Financial benefits (no cost of commute) 🟢 More free time to spend as you wish (not sitting in rush hour traffic) 🟢 Fewer distractions to concentrate on work

I reviewed a patient as an F2, I’d never stopped someone’s SSRI before, I looked it up and there wasn’t an easily accessible clear cut guidance I discussed with my supervising GP, they gave me a solid plan, now I know going forward Most importantly I didn’t stop them overnight

@iDrSunny A PA I spoke to when calling the GP told me to go cold turkey on SSRIs and 'see how it goes' - not great!

Another failure in the membership ballot for me today it would appear, taking my total to 16 failures and 3 successes in all competitions. 3 out of a total 19. Unlimited memberships has royally killed the chance to truely support my club. Hows everyone else faired? #nufc
