And the people of Minneapolis disapprove of ICE not because of their perception but because of their experience. The murderers are still at large!! Meanwhile, conditions in ICE detention facilities are beyond appalling. Miscarriages of babies that would have been American citizens, children being herded into crowded rooms like criminals, men 50 to a room, among other atrocities.
