Pay a little extra and fly with lines other than @Ryanair. They promote cheap flights, but I just paid nearly £100 for a carry on. Paid initially with my booking, but their carry on sizes are smaller than standard. So charged £69 at gate. Not worth it!

@POTUS I could actually cry. It’s not everything, but it’s a start and something that allows me to keep making ends meet. The 5% cap is massive as well. This actually makes me feel like repayment is now going to be possible. the I won’t live with the debt forever!

Been trying to get in touch with @virginmedia for OVER a week about moving property. Tried calling in and chat function and have been queuing for literal hours and nothing. Disappointed with customer service and may switch providers as a result.

@virginmedia I called that number, waited for 90 mins for someone to seemingly answer then the line go dead. This is absurd. I can’t move home or cancel without speaking to someone yet there is apparently no way to get through on phone or live chat. @virginmedia
