In four years there was very slow progress in recovery in four years just a little bit recovered and i expect to be like this permanently. In last six months i started to follow @DrJackKruse recommended daily routine of morning light and sun exposure. In this six months there has been enormous recovery and hair start to grow back. I have three photos. One is from 2020 other is from 2024 and the last one is just now. Un this whole time I’ve never went to doctor for this issue because i do not agree with their protocols on treatment. I only use some natural remedies at the beginning and they didn’t work. Maybe recovery not be due to steps i mentioned, but i like to believe so.
