@dandoherty10 Biggest thing has been discovery call -> onboarding process. Covering all angles to set up for success. I’m using notion daily now & its sooo useful. Yet to build out a template but will do as soon as I get some free time

The busier I get, the more I realise you absolutely have to have systems in place or it all comes tumbling down. Your weaker points get highlighted real fast too. Always look for the areas you need to systemise & improve. You’ll thank yourself in the long run.
