End game ya Gachagua ni gani?. Why is he working so hard to get Ruto out of office, the same office he is ineligible to hold?, Is he going to ask 50% share for his people in the next government?. He must be up for something.

Have you ever seen a sitting Cabinet Secretary of Treasury going directly to wananchi to explain to them how our budgeting is done and what active and factual engagements on proposals that directly affects them means? Meet CS John Mbadi today. He went from one mobile phone selling shop to another explaining facts about the proposals touching mobile phones that are contained in the #FinanceBill2026 . Currently, when a mobile phone is imported into Kenya, several taxes and levies are charged separately: 16% VAT 10% excise duty 25% import duty 2.5% Import Declaration Fee (IDF) 2% Railway Development Levy (RDL) These combined charges create a total tax burden of about 55.5% on phones. What is in the proposal? The Finance Bill 2026 proposes replacing most of these separate charges with a single 25% excise duty charged when the phone is activated. So;VAT on phones would be removed IDF would be removed RDL would be removed Import duty would also be removed So instead of many taxes at importation, there would mainly be one 25% tax. Isn't that GREAT NEWS?

These threats about “going back to 2008” are fear tactics. Kenyans are not fools. Shame on leaders who try to divide us for power. The presidency is not for two tribes it belongs to all Kenyans. Anyone can lead. Let’s focus on real issues, not intimidation. Uhuru should retire peacefully and give others space to lead. Kenyans, reject divisive politics. Our strength is unity.
