agak oot but recently i thought the same thing about fandom in general! kadang orang-orang menjadikan kesukaannya sebagai identitas sampai kritik thdp sesuatu itu seakan jadi serangan personal. padahal we are soo much more than the things we like.

Akibatnya, saat muncul kritik terhadap karya atau penulis tersebut, pembaca merasa terserang secara personal. Mereka lupa bahwa yang dikritik adalah kualitas karya, bukan selera atau harga diri pembacanya. Jadi, tidak perlu defensif; kritik terhadap sebuah buku bukanlah ejekan terhadap seleramu.
