Have seen your later comments but just in case there is any doubt that was a classic feeble nonapology. Your comments were personally abusive by normal standards and yes I can apply those on this website. I think countering the extremely sloppy poll interpretations in the media is important and if people are going to say silly stuff about me while I'm doing it they should expect me to tell them off.

You're moving the goalposts because you were wrong. I did not say anything about there being a swing or not in that comment, I said the CM was wrong to interpret their "poll" as pointing to an LNP win. (Elsewhere I said that if the CM sample was correct there would probably be a 2PP swing against ALP). They were indeed wrong to interpret it thus and furthermore the LNP did not win. You accused me of not having a clue. You were wrong about that; my comments that you attacked were correct and proven correct. Now you're trying to pretend you were right and being personally abusive. So you should apologise for that as well. Or just delete your account, it would be faster.

@dangerAries So Labor's prepoll primary was 5 points less than in this sample and they *still* won the prepoll 2PP. And it appears the seat as well. Clearly I was right to say the CM's numbers did not point to an LNP victory. I look forward to your apology. :)

While we were all distracted by Farrer, Labor did a Friday night drop of the review into the allowances rorting by Anika Wells. Over $10k in expenses were wrongly charged to taxpayers. It includes a claim for travel and overnight accommodation for Wells to attend a friend's birthday party. She claimed she had government meetings to attend at the time. She did have government meetings but they took place - at the birthday party. Albo is defending her because she paid the money back. Corruption thy name is Labor.
