@SteveCarsell @louieruvolo Alcoholism. Cutting back is a temporary solution until it progressively gets worse, and you can no longer manage or control it. AA and sobriety is the way.

Over the last few years of my drinking I tried to quit 1000 times
Every time looked the same
I’d wake up hungover, mentally and physically crushed from the previous day of drinking, trying not to drink
To ease the pain and the shame I’d start the viscous cycle over again
Thankfully that no longer my life, grateful to be Sober today
