Q2 pair involving 🇮🇱 Maccabi TA needs both Ferencvaros and Qarabag to be eliminated in Q1 to become seeded in Q3 draw. ⚠️ Should 🇨🇿 Viktoria Plzen be promoted from Q2 to PO due to 🇨🇿 Karvina match-fixing scandal, then the seeding line shifts further, so the Q2 pair involving 🇧🇪 Anderlecht still has theoretical chance of becoming seeded as well!
