@Scott_Zona It certainly makes it hard for us orchid judges. How do we judge its appearance according to its parentage? The colour is pretty much irrelevant, it is how the orchid presents itself.

@UrsulaV I was in 2nd grade when I had chemo and my hair fell out. I thought it was neat, I could shake huge amounts of hair out onto my math or handwriting (I'm old) worksheet. My classmates laughed. I have no idea what my teacher thought, but I just want to say sorry to her.

So interesting chemo update—my hair isn’t falling out yet (this coming week is when it’s supposed to start) but the roots are definitely letting go. I plucked a couple stray eyebrow hairs and it was completely painless. Honestly, it’s sorta neat.
