Here is a quick summary of our current strategy. 1. AI-first: Move to ensure that AI is powering everything that we do across all of our products. This means ensuring that all workflows are natively AI-based, including product development, marketing, operations, finance, etc. The majority of our team is still here, but the expectation is to no longer do manual work, and ensure that AI is leveraging our capabilities. At the heart of this is AURA, which is full automation pipeline for scaling teams of autonomous agents to do pretty much anything. We are using this internally and it is very close to rolling out. 2. Agentic Economy: Bootstrap the economy and experience of the metaverse with agents. The simple way to think of this is dumb NPCs becoming intelligent and ownable. This achieves a few things. First, it enables us to create richer gameplay experiences, second it boot straps the economy so there is enough liquidity to create a real living breathing simulation, and three it helps players participate in the world without being at their computer 247, or needing an expensive computer. The high-fidelity experience will still be a core priority, with normal gameplay, but this augments gameplay, allowing us to create something that is completely novel. AURA, Wilder Web, Shanty Town and the S3L (Shared Simulation State Layer) are key pieces of tech that will roll out soon here. The S3L is a way to connect all world state, from economy, blockchain transactions, world events, etc., into a 'shared layer' that can be ingested by any client (Unreal, Mobile, Web, + community built experiences). 3. Open World: Launching the Open World on Epic and Steam. We are getting this ready to gear up for the public opening of the Open World. This will include an engaging gameplay loop, missions, racing, onchain economy, multiplayer, as well as a number of significant improvements to the city and landscape (+ a lot more). Once this is open, it will connect into layers 1 and 2, to enable a richer experience. 4. Token revival: The token has taken a beating. We have a plan to improve things, but we can't do that until the fundamentals are solved above. We aren't abandoning it, we are getting the core solid so it can succeed long-term. I don't want to share much here as there will be unnecessary questions and speculation. In essence, much of our core focus is the same, but we are: a) accelerating things with AI, b) building an agentic economy, c) moving from Rebellion to the Open World, and d) getting the fundamentals of the token economy right. The team and I are working harder than ever. Eventually we will succeed.
