@daniel_bublil @augustagarei Smart move here. I’ve been holding this house since 2024, and had to rent it for a year. Holding costs are high so as you can imagine I’m just ready to sell and move on.

Accepted an offer on a flip with a 4/30 close date. Today is 4/30 and the buyers agent just now sent a supplement to extend to May 15th. We requested holding costs to be covered Agent blaming the lender Shouldn’t she have confirmed with the lender before submitting offer?

@J_Koenig21 @augustagarei I had a deal exactly like that, and I saw they were dragging before the "announced it". I started working another buyer as he sent me emd confirmation I cancelled on my first buyers took their emd. My second buyer also came in 11k higher
