@HMRCcustomers Have the payments now been sent and will we definitely be receiving them on Wednesday? And why has is it taking until Wednesday if people are going to receive their normal payments tomorrow? The lack of information and copy and paste answers are extremely frustrating.

We are very sorry some customers didn’t receive their scheduled Child Benefit payments as expected and we understand the concern and difficulty this may have caused. We’ve fixed the problem and affected customers will now receive their payments on Wednesday morning (5th June).

@HMRCcustomers What about those of us with anxiety etc. Who have been unwell because of this? Why are Tuesdays payments being paid on time but Mondays have to wait until Wednesday? What about people who can't get their kids to school? Can't keep receipts for what you COULDNT buy

@NathanxThompson Thanks, but those bags must be collected, or we'll have the same problem next week. That's clearly more than a week's worth of rubbish. Gillian Harewood promised a twice-a-week collection at those flats. Feels we're back to once every 2 weeks which just won't work at these flats
