We sure do. It’s called general education we have to do classes that have nothing to do with our major. I actually like the idea. I might be in the minority tho. I did almost fail astronomy

so in american universities, do you guys take classes with people outside of your course because why am i reading in fics that two people studying two different subjects are in the same maths lectures

@princessarmand So it was only one class and the prof didn’t count attendance towards our grade so I barely went LOL

@princessarmand Noooo lol I needed a math credit and that was one of the only classes available 😭 it was mostly physics related which I am not good at. As my high school physics class had a long term substitute with a business degree. We mostly watched movies.
