I’m trying to sell my house. Stay with me here lol… The buyers sent me a 66 pages inspection of absolute nonsense they want me to do, after I installed a brand new AC unit and main water line. The house is nearly perfect looking. But.. now they want a full PDF copy of my divorce decree from my ex husband AND for my current husband to be there at closing to make sure he’s okay with this sale. WTF is happening right now?? This house is mine and always has been. I buy and sell homes. Why the fuck do they need the approval of my ex and current husband? After I take off about 25k and pay for closing costs. Fuck these people man. I’m so done with this. What twisted world are we living in right now?
