I don't know why I wrote "so far", though. Surely now is when I get to retire? It would mean I couldn't then get the 2033 prize @mervatim promised me, but you can't have everything.

@questingvole @HachetteKids Confusingly this is the last book on the matter but it is set before the first one, which was called the last one. Simples!

In the interests of sustainability there will only be a limited number of advance hard proofs of The Wild Before going out next month... But if you do get one, you might also get one of these fully biodegradable bookmarks- full of wild flower seeds! 🪴💧☀️

So it seems that nonfiction has come out as more preferable to translate! #xl8 Anyone working on a nonfiction project right now? Would love to hear about it.
