i need to take some time off. esports is supposed to be a passion project but with the series of unusual events lately that i don’t think i would ever encounter in this space i’m genuinely at my limit. i won’t air people’s dirty laundry but a series of events over the past few weeks i don’t think any other esports person in general has encountered such a bewildering intense set of events. i was pretty adamant none of them had an impact on me but i don’t think i’ve been this rundown in a long time. i’m just tired & this space currently with a set of events i don’t think any other org owner in the scene will probably ever encounter it’s that fucking surreal i probably need to take a step back for a little while. i’ve dealt with difficult people & surreal events my whole life. to the point of absurdity that it feels like a movie because of just how ridiculous some events can be, just how outlandish or just how unusual. constantly finding myself in positions nobody else does. but even the events of the last few weeks especially in a professional setting & despite me dealing with much worse so many times before i just don’t know, nobody could have really prepared me for them. especially not back to back to back to back to back. maybe i need to find a better work-life balance or not give so much into other people. many of you will know i care a lot & i pour so much time & effort into people, into projects & into philosophies but yeah i think i’ve met my tipping point for the time being. sometimes you need to ask yourself is it all really worth it? i know this message is quite cryptic & as i said i won’t air people’s dirty laundry but yeah i think i need to take a step back & maybe focus on me for once. these series of events have been so intense & i really think they have no place in esports. no matter if i’d encountered them before this should be a positive space, not a nagging negative one. one day i’ll write a book about every absurdity i’ve encountered during my life. i think it would be quite the read. still i ponder though how do i ever find myself in these fucked up situations. the world is an ugly ugly place. look after your mental health. look after yourselves & make friend not enemies. sometimes even passion can leave you vulnerable to dark places. analysing everything is so fucked. see you all soon. i hope im not away too long i still have so much work to do & i’m always always so busy with people & projects it’s really consumed me. until i see you again, take care.

Since leaving EP, I've had serious health problems. In November, I learned that my kidneys were malfunctioning, and recently that my liver was also severely affected (i don't like alcohol). Im currently hospitalized and hope to return as soon as possible 🙏❤️
