@sufferingspurs Presumably you didn't watch the game because spurs were awful. Equally as awful as Liverpool. 2 teams battling for 3rd place in that game

You don’t change manager after that performance, especially when there’s no obvious candidate. For all his faults, Tudor got a real performance out of them today, and to cut that short now would be a huge mistake. Stability, as temporary as it may be, is what the club needs now before the biggest game of the season next week.

I think Spurs need to completely disregard the UCL games against Atletico. The UCL isn’t the Europa League. They aren’t going to win it, or even come close. Rest key players against Atleti. Full focus on the PL. Has to be.

Igor Tudor is a fantastic appointment for Spurs. He'll ruffle some feathers but he'll get us winning some games. Fair to say I don't think he'll stay beyond the summer but I'm buzzing for this appointment, COYS! A GREAT move!

@HarryScarfe22 Harry, have some faith. To Dare is to Do! He's got a good track record of shorter term, immediate impact appointments. He'll command respect, and we'll win games.

I stand by this comment. I’ve spoken to a Newcastle fan, Forest fan, Leeds fan and an Arsenal fan. Every single one agreed with me this is a terrible appointment, and they think we will get relegated.

The reason people (like myself) are in a minor meltdown about Igor Tudor is that the result of this experiment not working is RELEGATION. This isn't a gamble with trying to get into the Europa League spots like it was post-Jose. Spurs aren't 8th. We are gambling with our literal future in the Premier League here. Yes, that's true no matter who comes in, granted. But that's a bloody frightening eventuality if you ask me, and I think it's reason for people to be rightly nervous about the appointment alone. He's done the firefighting before at a top level. Let's hope it works. Get it wrong, and boy, are we in a mess.
