@northernassist again, the 8.09 from Bromley Cross to Manchester is only two carriages, with a lot not being able to get on, including 2 wheelchairs.. why has this suddenly changed to a 2 carriage service? You really should show carriages on the app so we can plan to be late.

@northernassist Well review your services and update this one. I see literally every day people slating how there’s only two carriages. How many people have to complain for it to be reviewed? Many locals are trying to get you guys taken off our service as it’s so badly managed.

@danielleC_994 Hello Danielle, I am sorry to hear about this, we are currently using as many carriages as we can but this number has been affected by train repairs.

Some people really need to realise their age and fucking responsibilities

@danielleC_994 Hi Danielle, services can be short-formed due to units being in for maintenance. We are working to get services back to normal capacity as soon as we can. ^LN

@northernassist I knew you’d just give you generic reply. I can’t get alternative services because this is the only line, your refund system is rubbish as minimum never covers. This train has always been 4 carriages and needs to be, and recently has only been two.
