It’s why he’s the best podcaster in the world. The truth is that Luis is genuinely a great person. He’s the most loyal friend I’ve ever had. He’d fight a hundred guys without asking a question for me and probably any of his friends. He’s a great father, a brilliant mind, and a hilarious comedian. All ball busting aside, I pray my son grows up to be a man with Luis’ integrity.

I just learned this afternoon that Court TV was sold and that the new owners are eliminating Julie Grant’s show titled opening statements that appears every morning at 8 AM-9AM Monday through Friday. Look some of you may disagree but Julie Grant is a pro’s pro. She is not just a Talking Head. She is an accomplished attorney who fights hard as a Victims Advocate. More importantly than her professional achievements she is just a wonderful and kind hearted person. I will miss her tremendously. She gave me a platform to talk about some of our important cases, including the Murdaugh and Stephen Smith cases by having me on her show frequently. I will never forget that, and I will be forever indebted to her. I think the content of Court TV is going to change and I am one of those supporters who didn’t want it to change. I hope that Julie gets a another comparable job and lands on her feet. Please join me in thanking Julie for her hard work over the years. I know there’s many of us who will miss her. Thank you Julie. Over my many appearances on her show during the past two years I’ve grown close to her wonderful staff who did a great job. The state's opening statement just flipped the script on what we thought this case was about. Reports prior to trial were that Sundwall conned Terry into believing she (Terry) had terminal cancer and eventually adminstered a fatal dose of insulin to get access to a life insurance policy...BUT - this is from the state's opening - Kacee Terry “seemed to be afraid of making Meggan upset, and she would do whatever she could to keep Meggan happy.” According to investigators, that dynamic allegedly led Terry to lie to Sundwall about having terminal cancer. State says the jury will hear that Kacee Terry had suicidal thoughts. - This is sounding more like an assisted suicide but for nefarious reasons on Sundwall's part to speed up the process so she could montetarily benefit.

An Iowa man accused of randomly shooting and killing three women in central Utah had no known connection to the victims and no ties to the area. Investigators say he later claimed the killings “had to be done” so he could steal their vehicles.

New details emerge on Southern Utah murders and it’s worse than we thought… 🫣 🤬 and the media / police are chalking the motive up as stealing their vehicles… not a chance. The two female hikers’ bodies found near Cocks Comb trailhead in rural Torrey. They were “located in, and possibly dragged to, a dried-up creek bed. Additionally, there were multiple spent .45 caliber shell casings and a 20-gauge shotgun shell in the area.” Per court documents. The 80yo woman was apparently murdered in her front room, her body dragged out of the home, and was found under a shed on the property. This is a sick and depraved individual who did this and needs to be put down.

Utah triple homicide suspect Ivan Miller from Blakesburg Iowa -22 yo, 5’11, 155lbs. In Pagosa Springs Colorado Jail. The only reason we have a mugshot is because he was apprehended in Colorado. Otherwise, Utah has dystopian mugshot laws protecting criminals.

//SOUTHERN UTAH TRIPLE HOMICIDE UPDATE// -Suspect apprehended in Pagosa Springs Colorado and ID'd as 22 year-old Ivan Miller from Iowa. In custody in Colorado. -Three female homicide victims at two locations (ages 30s, 60s, and 80s) in Lyman and Torrey areas located March 4, 2026 after 4:30 p.m. DPS states these were RANDOM murders and suspect had no connections to the area or Utah. - it appears Millar murdered an elderly woman in her 80s living alone at her home in Lyman, stole her vehicle, and drove 12-15 miles to a trail head (near SR 12 near Torrey in Wayne County) where he murdered two female hikers ages 30s and 60s, and stole one of their vehicles (2022 white Subaru) to flee the area. The elderly woman and the two hikers are unrelated. Two husbands of the female hikers called authorities around 4:30 p.m. March 4, 2026 after driving to the trailhead after concern their wives did not return from their scheduled hike. - Vehicle tracking services and automated license plate readers were utilized to monitor the stolen vehicle from Southern Utah, Northern Arizona, and eventually into Colorado. - Victim vehicle (white Subaru) driven by suspect located abandoned in Pagosa Springs Colorado. A brief search located the suspect where he was apprehended without incident. - Authorities do not know how the suspect traveled to Utah from Iowa. If the suspect used a vehicle to travel to Utah, it has not been located and the investigation continues. Authorities do not know why suspect was in Utah and it appears the murders of these women was random. Not much background on suspect per DPS press conference.
