This is exactly what Congress doing their job looks like: Voting on a War Powers Resolution. The Congress and NOT the President has the power to initiate an act of war.

To think the Pres of #UVa a university created by Thomas Jefferson, is forced out for his principled stance. This is where a strong Board should have stood behind him and given him the strength to stand firm against this unconstitutional pressure from the White House.
